How to Make White Tea Toner
Using kettle, heat 1 cup of distilled water to just before boiling point.
Pour 1 cup distilled hot water into teapot. Add 4 tbsp. of white tea. Allow to steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour concentrated tea from teapot into sanitized container. Place container in cool, dry spot. Do not seal it, in order to allow steam to escape. Let it cool to room temperature.
Seal 8 oz. container and store in cool, dry place between uses.
Throw out and replace toner every week to ensure freshness. To prolong shelf life of your toner slightly, add Vitamin C capsule.
