How to Make Your Own Anti-Aging Products
Create facial toning egg mask. In mixing bowl, whip raw egg with whisk until it is light and frothy. Apply egg directly to freshly washed skin with your fingers. Allow egg to dry completely. Wash egg from your face using warm to cool water. egg will tone skin and shrink pores.
Create skin-smoothing scrub. Combine 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 cup of stone ground oats in mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and mix well. Apply scrub to freshly washed skin and massage into skin using circular motions. Rinse well with warm water. Baking soda has skin healing and clearing properties, and oatmeal nourishes and softens skin.
Create eye smoother. In mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil with 1 tablespoon of Vitamin E oil. Add in 2 drops of Rose essential oil. Stir well. Using your fingers, massage oil mixture onto skin around your eyes using small, circular motions. Be very careful not to get oil into your eyes or on your eye lashes. Jojoba, Vitamin E, and rose essential oils reduce appearance of wrinkles.
Create nourishing mud mask. Buy French green clay from health food store or natural foods market. In mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of clay with drizzle of water until you get consistency similar to thin toothpaste. Add in 2 drops of rose essential oil. Apply mixture to your skin and leave it on until it completely dries. Rinse off with warm water. Rose essential oil nourishes and protects skin, and French green clay tightens pores of skin.
